SALES CONDITIONS

This e-commerce solution is administered by Progetto Genesis Srl, with registered office in Viale dei Platani 3/C 33054 Lignano Sabbiadoro – UD. 

By using the services offered by the site, the customer undertakes to accept these clauses and conditions. If even just one part of this agreement is not accepted, it will not be possible to continue with the purchase procedure.

(a) Acceptance of the purchase

The purchase of what is requested will be completed through the following phases: 

• By sending the order, the customer sends Progetto Genesis Srl a purchase proposal for the selected product or products (the photographic images of the products have an illustrative value only, refer to the literal descriptions of the products or in case of doubt, ask information in writing or by telephone before sending the order);
• sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to art. 10 DL 185/1999) to receive subsequent communications from Progetto Genesis Srl described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract;
• Progetto Genesis Srl confirms with an e-mail message the receipt of the order transmitted by the customer, with assignment of a 'Customer Order Number' which must be used in any further communication with Progetto Genesis Srl;
• the customer has until the moment the order is shipped to communicate any cancellation to Progetto Genesis Srl by sending an email to the address shop@progettogenesis.it. Any cancellations after shipment has already been made imply the payment of delivery and collection costs;
• once the order has been taken over, Progetto Genesis Srl will send an email confirming the conclusion of the purchase procedure, containing information regarding the conditions of sale, in accordance with the art. 4 DL 185/1999. Progetto Genesis Srl, after having verified the correctness of the order and the purchase procedure and verified that there are no price errors, incorrect descriptions and other errors, will deliver what has been requested to the express courier responsible for carrying out the delivery to the indicated address.

(b) Payment methods

Progetto Genesis Srl allows payment by credit card.

Payment by the customer takes place using the method chosen online at the time of purchase. In the event of procedural errors attributable to the shop, Progetto Genesis Srl undertakes to immediately refund any payments already made by the customer with the same payment method used.

(c) Delivery methods and costs

Progetto Genesis Srl, after having verified the actual warehouse availability of the ordered material, will deliver the purchased products to the express courier within 2 working days from order confirmation. The express courier will deliver the purchased goods within the next 72 hours, to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are expressly indicated on the page called "Cart" and on the final confirmation page. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient.

(d) Withdrawal

If he has second thoughts about the purchase made, the customer can still decide to return the item, without having to provide any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to the purchase of any product, provided that the same is intact and has not been opened after delivery.

In the event that the product is damaged due to shipping, it must be accepted with written reservation, indicating in writing to the courier that the product has arrived damaged, so as to be able to take action against the forwarder himself.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Progetto Genesis Srl by sending an email to shop@progettogenesis.it within the indicated deadlines. You will receive an email with all the instructions for returning the product.

Progetto Genesis Srl will refund the price of the item for which the withdrawal was exercised and the related shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and in any case after we have checked the returned product.

The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer. 

(e) Complaints

Any complaints must be addressed to the Returns Manager of Progetto Genesis Srl by sending an email to the address shop@progettogenesis.it

(f) Applicable law

The sales contract between the customer and Progetto Genesis Srl is intended to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law.
